Join our management team and be part of our group of award winning salons based in London Surrey and Cambridge. You would report directly to the Company Directors
Stylist / Manager
This role is for someone who is an experienced hairdresser who has a proven experience in building a busy clientele. We are looking for someone with a nurturing and compassionate disposition to build our Cambridge team.

Success in this role will lead to genuine partnership opportunities. If you have the ability to grow a successful team, we want you to share in the rewards.
Salary
Your salary will depend on your ability to build your clientele, your team and achieve your bonus targets. However we would expect your salary in year one to be between £35-£40K - This would be made up from personal styling commissions and management bonuses.

We want them to enjoy the creativity of being a hairdresser but also have the opportunity to earn good money too. Our stylists receive a basic salary with an uncapped commission structure up to 50%. Once established many of our team earn £25 - £30K per annum. There is ongoing training and the opportunity to gain their L'Oréal Colour Degree. All our team are invited to our annual award ceremony which recognises and rewards their creative and salon achievements. As the salon manager, you additionally have the opportunity to achieve bonuses on overall salon performance.

Each year we take time to recognise and reward our team for the their amazing work. This usually combines an award ceremony with a show from our creative team.

This year our creative team staged an incredible hair show to kick off the evenings celebrations. The works was presented by Lloyd Court, our colour director, Yesmin O'Brien our Session Director and we a fabulous debut form two of our up and coming creative stars, Phoebe Carraro and Amy Farrow.
