- Progressive Commission Structure for StylistsAt seanhanna we offer a clear and transparent commission structure that goes from 30% up to 50%, so once you have an established clientele you really can earn excellent wages.
- Progressive HolidaysEveryone starts on 28 days a year and this grows by an extra day per year for the first 5 years ending up with 33 days per year.
- Payroll ContactWe understand that wages can seem complicated. We have a dedicated payroll expert in our head office who is always on hand to help if you need any assistance in understanding your wages.

- Phoebe CarraroStylistAfter doing a uni degree in Sculpture, I was looking for a creative outlet where I use my passion for creativity. I had been working at seanhanna during my course as a receptionist and decided to train to be a hairdresser.
I recently presented my first hair show, showing some of my Avant Garde ideas. It was a lot of hard work but I absolutely loved it! Being a hairdresser is definitely harder than I had imagined, but I love it and one day hope to be voted British Hairdresser of the Year. - Staisha BuckStylist & Colour SpecialistI started my training over 7 years ago working alongside Colour specialists like Lloyd which was so inspiring. I am now a qualified stylist and colour specialist working in our Wimbledon salon.

I am now Colour Director for the whole group and responsible the colour education for our colour specialist throughout the company. I especially love working with out Cambridge team. I have always had a passion for colour and was excited to win the London category in last years L'Oréal Colour Trophy Awards. I'm very excited to have been shortlisted again this year!
- Yesmin O'BrienDirector & Session StylistWith over 30 years working with Sean, I think I deserve a special medal! I am now a director for the whole company as well as being a major shareholder in our Cambridge salon. In addition to working in the salon I also work on fashion shows all over the world. One of the great things about being a hairdressers is that there are many options to specialise. My own speciality is session work and this has given me so many unbelievable opportunities. My advice to anyone starting out is to find a good mentor who will share their experiences with you.

Over the years I have seen many of our team develop and grow and am always excited to watch how people can transform their careers. One of the most satisfying parts of my job is developing and coaching our managers helping them to create exciting teams in all our salons. I particularly love seeing how our apprentices make the change into becoming fantastic hairdressers. I know its not always easy, but the ones that persevere can go on to do great things.

It is more than 40 years since we opened our first salon in Worcester Park and it really has been an incredible journey that has taken us literally all over the world sharing our ideas and hair expertise. The one thing that has remained consistent since the beginning is that the education and the development of our team has been the most important thing for us.
We have been lucky over the years to have had some fantastic people joining us. Sometimes as apprentices and sometimes as fully qualified stylists. Everyone brings something special.
