Christmas Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of physical and digital seanhanna Christmas sale gift cards.
1. These seanhanna sale gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online from seanhanna.com during the Christmas gift card sale.
2.seanhanna reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our seanhanna gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your seanhanna gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made.
3.The value of your seanhanna gift card can be redeemed at any seanhanna salon throughout the period for which the gift card is valid.
4.The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
5.Seanhanna sale gift cards cannot be used to purchase electrical items, such as GHDs.
6.Your seanhanna sale gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation (which will be the date of dispatch) following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. seanhanna have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card's expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
7.A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.
8.Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an in-salon service or home-care product (excluding electricals).
9.Seanhanna gift card sale cards are limited to 3 per customer.
10.Seanhanna sale gift cards bought for £200, will have an in-salon value of £250. Seanhanna sale gift cards bought for £400, will have an in-salon value of £500. Seanhanna sale gift cards bought for £750, will have an in-salon value of £1000.
11.You may cancel your gift card up to 7 days after purchase, so long as you have not used your gift card. You will be refunded the amount you paid for your seanhanna sale gift card. Should you require a refund on a gift card after this time frame, that refund will be at the discretion of seanhanna, and will be for the amount paid, minus any expenditure on the gift, only.
12.Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation.
13.These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
