Art Meets Business Philosophy
We believe that our team should be given the opportunity to develop both creatively and from a business perspective. We want them to enjoy the creativity of being a hairdresser but also have the opportunity to earn good money too. We offer a basic salary with an uncapped commission structure up to 50%. Once established many of our team earn £25 - £30K per annum. There is ongoing training and the opportunity to gain your L'Oréal Colour Degree. All our team are invited to our annual award ceremony which recognises and rewards our fantastic team.
