The deal is purchased and paid for at the time of booking and this is non-refundable.

Please note that for the safety of both our team and guests in the salon we have a £5 PPE charge which contributes towards the cost of sanitizers, gels, masks, visors, screens, cleaning, gloves, disposable towels and protective gowns required in order to meet the government regulations to make the salon COVID secure. This is a temporary charge which will be dropped as soon as we no longer need to supply these safety items. This is payable when booking your Last Minute Deal.

Colour Experts
All our team undergo consistent training, coaching and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of colour knowledge. Each person also has an annual colour knowledge assessment so we can map out personal training plans. All of this helps us consistently deliver the highest levels of colour expertise.
