Welcome to our new normal
Where expertise and creativity ensure you have awesome hair each and every visit.
Exciting new additions
You will find some exciting new additions to your service which have all been designed to improve your safety, your peace of mind and also ensure the safety of our team too.
Longer appointments
We have extended all our appointment times to reduce capacity in the salon and make social distancing easier. We have also added additional time to ensure proper cleaning before and after each guest.
PPE Cover Charge
Our PPE cover charge is £5 per person per visit. This is to help cover the cost of Cleaning gels, Sanitisers, Masks, Visors, Screens, Gloves, Disposable Towels and Protective Aprons as required to meet the government guidelines to ensure we are Covid-Secure.
Welcome Pack
As part of our safety procedures we ensure each guest receives their own welcome pack with their mask and disposable towels. Additionally as we are unable to provide our usual in house drinks menu, we are offering each guest a complimentary bottled water.
Online consultations
We realise that many people need a more in-depth consultation right now, so we are offering one - 2 -one video consultations. These are bookable here and cost £10. These are with one of our Cut & Colour experts who will help guide you to the right cut / colour and help you choose what type of appointment to book.

Colour Experts
All our team undergo consistent training, coaching and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of colour knowledge. Each person also has an annual colour knowledge assessment so we can map out personal training plans. All of this helps us consistently deliver the highest levels of colour expertise.

Salon Professional Colour
We are an approved L'Oréal partner and only use highest quality colours. This way we can guarantee the integrity of your hair is maintained ensuring your condition the best it can be at all times.
Highly Trained
We are committed to ensuring all our team are trained to the highest standards. Each stylist has an individual training program to ensure they are always progressing within their hairdressing career. We have our own training academy and many of our team have been with us since starting their careers in hairdressing.

This service is ideal for in-depth discussion about your hair colour needs.This will help you know exactly what to ask for when you book your appointment and will also help reduce the time you need to spend in the actual salon.
Allergy Test
Having a colour? If you need an Allergy test these must be done 48 hours prior to any colour application. These are FREE in our salons. However if you prefer to use our postal allergy test service, you can buy this here for £5 including postage.
Colour Kits
We understand that many people are still not able to come in public but would still like access to salon professional colour. So we now provide Professional Home Colour Kits. Upload a photo of your hair and roots and our expert team will create your own personal professional colour which will be delivered to your door.

Your questions answered
Question:
Do I have to buy an allergy test?
seanhanna:
No! Our in-salon allergy tests are free. You just need to come into the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment to have this done. You don't need an appointment for this, but you may have to wait till someone is available to do this for you. If you want to use our postal allergy tests, these are a nominal £5 which includes postage.
Question:
Is it 100% safe to come into the salon?
seanhanna:
In terms of catching the Corona Virus, the act of having your hair cut by someone else means we have to break social distance. However the systems we have put into place will give you the highest level of confidence that everything is being done to ensure the safety of both you and our team.
Question:
If I book a video consultation, would this be with my normal stylist?
seanhanna:
Our video consultations are done by highly experienced cut and colour experts. They are unlikely to be your own personal stylist. The idea is to be able to narrow down your options, help you know what to book for and know what to discuss with your stylist once in the salon.
Question:
Do I need to leave my number to get an appointment?
seanhanna:
No - Our call centre is open extended hours and can book your appointment over the phone. However we are dealing with extremely high levels of calls right now so leaving your number on the contact form above means you don't end up hanging on the phone for ages. Just leave your number and we will call you back as soon as we can.
Question:
I have my own mask - can I have a discount on the PPE cover charge?
seanhanna:
You are welcome to bring your own mask but the charge is still the same. The £5 charge is a contribution towards cost of cleaning gels, sanitisers, masks, visors, protective screens, gloves, disposable towels and protective aprons as required to meet the government guidelines to ensure we are Covid-Secure. This is a temporary charge which will fall away as soon as we no-longer need to provide the safety items.
